  • 1. How can I use Readly?

    To read magazines on Readly you can download our app to your phone or tablet from the App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore or Huawei AppGallery. You can also read on your computer with our web browser version of Readly at

    In our apps for phones and tablets, you can download magazines for offline reading without an internet connection. Perfect for long journeys!

    A Readly subscription will allow you to read on up to 5 devices simultaneously. You can also create 5 individual user profiles. One subscription is enough for the whole family!

  • 2. Can I read as much as I want?

    Yes you can indeed! For a fixed monthly price you get unlimited access to all the magazines on Readly. Both new issues and back issues. You can read to your heart's content as long as you have a subscription.

  • 3. How do I share my subscription?

    Your subscription can be shared among 5 profiles and used on 5 devices. 

    All you will need to do to share your subscription is to download the app on the new device. When the app is downloaded, you sign in with your account details to access the subscription. Once signed in, your friends and family can create their own profiles for reading. Each profile will have its individual settings for favorite magazines, bookmarks and so on.

    Readly is priced $10.99 / €9.99 per month* depending on your country of purchase, and the price includes unlimited access to all the magazines on Readly. It’s a monthly subscription which can be canceled at any time.

  • 6. How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time. For subscriptions purchased directly from Readly you can easily cancel your subscription on your customer account. For subscriptions purchased from a third party vendor, you can cancel directly with them. Read more here. 

  • 7. Can I buy gift cards?

    Yes! Readly would make a great gift for anyone!

    Gift cards can be purchased via our website on the link below: 

    You can purchase either a 3 month, 6 
    month or 12-month gift card

    After you have made the purchase you can choose to send the gift card along with a personal message to the receiver immediately or, if it's a gift for a later occasion, you will receive an email that allows you to send the gift card via email or print it out whenever you want.

    Each gift card can be redeemed up to 1 year after the purchase date and the subscription will only start when the gift card is redeemed. After the paid period, the subscription will end automatically.

    Furthermore, you can combine a gift card with your active, ongoing subscription but in this case, the subscription will be extended until a particular date specified on your account. After this date, your subscription will get back to the monthly autorenewal.

    Readly gift cards can be activated on both new and existing accounts, but it cannot, due to technical reasons, be combined with third party subscriptions purchased outside of the Readly website.

    The gift card can only be redeemed in the same country it was bought.

  • 9. I forgot my password - what do I do?

    You can easily reset your password before signing in.

    Click on “Forgot password” below the login field and enter your registered email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.

  • 11. How do I pay?

    You can pay your subscription safely by registering a payment method on your customer account. Payment is always made in advance and deducted automatically each month. 

    The following payment methods are available: 

    • Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard)
    • PayPal

    If you wish to pay using a payment method connected to your Apple ID, Google Play or Amazon account, this is available when purchasing a subscription in the app from one of our in-app resellers.
